Edgar has been the chef with the Cafe for the last 8 years and will continue to serve fresh innovative cuisine with only the best ingredients. The cafe was family owned and operated restaurant in Laguna Niguel for almost 20 years. From gourmet soups, salads, sandwiches to daily specials, all of our food is prepared fresh daily with only the finest ingredients.
